    How do I book?

    • Contact Silver Fern Holidays either by Telephone on 01636 813544 or by email
    • Ensure you have a copy of your clients details – Including their full name, age and proposed travel dates.
    • A booking confirmation will be emailed to you by Silver Fern Holidays

    What kind of accommodation is offered?

    • We are able to secure accommodation in a wide range of accommodation options, including larger city centre hotels, Boutique Bed & Breakfasts and Luxury Lodges and even traditional Farm Stays for a truly authentic experience.
    • Wherever possible we choose to use and recommend smaller, more intimate Bed & Breakfast style accommodation, because we feel this enhances our clients holiday experience, however our Small Group Journey Itineraries also include a range of small hotels due to the numbers of guests travelling.

    What’s included?

    • Our Small Group Journeys include a selection of meals, including Breakfasts, Lunches and evening meals. Meals included each day are indicated on each itinerary.
    • Our Small Group Journeys include some activities such as a trip on the Milford Mariner, wine tasting, expoliring Te Puia in Rotorua and a tour of the Waitangi treaty Ground, but please see each Itinerary for more details of whats included for each trip.
    • Independent touring itineraries will be tailor made to suit individual clients and we will endeavour to include all activities requested by the client wherever possible.

    Booking Additional Activities

    • It is often possible for guests to book additional activities, such as dolphin swimming, either before they travel or once they are on their holiday. For pre booking activities please email or telephone us to discuss.
    • Once clients are on their holiday, additional activities can usually be booked locally and paid in local NZ$
