Cobden Garden Homestay

Located just a ten minute stroll from Napier town centre and with great views, we love the character-full colonial feel to Cobden Garden Homestay.

Owners Rayma and Phillip have lovingly restored their home with tasteful and stylish décor that is in perfect keeping with the colonial history of the building and lots of little extra touches that guests say make staying at their bed & breakfast accommodation really special.

Up on Bluff Hill, The 1800’s villa has a lovely garden and view, and each of the three guest bedrooms are furnished with great care and detail with lovely comfy beds and everything you need for a peaceful and restful night’s sleep. You might even find a small decanter of port by your bed for a nightcap!
