Stay A While
For travellers who would like to stay in New Zealand’s scenic locations for longer, these holidays may be what you are looking for.
They offer three to five nights in each chosen location (although of course you can reduce or add more nights) with stays primarily in apartments and selected hotels or boutique bed and breakfasts and holiday homes. This style of trip allows for more time to explore an area with day tours to specific sights or to enjoy the activities on offer.
They also mean less packing and unpacking en route; cooking your own meals if you wish and the odd day to put your feet up!
Invariably these tours involve an internal flight to cover the distances between locations.
