The Springs B&B Rotorua

Purpose built in 1998 in a traditional style, The Springs B&B is  located on a quiet and peaceful residential street  just a short walk away from all the amenities and attractions of Rotorua.

With 4 elegant bedrooms at the rear of the house, each with their own terrace leading out to the rose garden, the layout of Springs ensures a private and quiet stay.  The interior design of The Springs was achieved by one of New Zealand’s most well respected designers, Laurie Simpson  and combines a modern  fresh feel with traditional touches.

As 4^th generation New Zealanders, Colleen and Murray offer a warm hospitality and enjoy sharing their wealth of New Zealand knowledge with their guests.
