Hosts Josephine and Clinton are well-travelled hospitality-industry experts, newly settled in Rotorua with their children, and with a passion for sharing the wonderful activities in the area with their visitors.

The property offers units with kitchenettes and is set on a quiet plot only a 20-minute walk from the lakefront, museum and Government Gardens, and is well-placed for local restaurants.

• It’s only a 10-minute bike-ride to the Whakarewarewa Redwood forest, and with secure bike lock-up facilities at the property, it’s easy to get riding on the forest’s rewarding trails.
• There is no need to take your car into town, as everything is within walking distance, and a babysitter can even be arranged if you’d like a night out on the town.
• For the morning after, breakfast can be arranged in the peaceful gardens, and a massage in the on-site spa can be rejuvenating or relaxing.
