Sussex House

Heather D’arcy, the owner of Sussex house, kindly cut short her visit to the West Coast to show us around her historic property last time we were visiting New Zealand.

After four years restoration work on this mid century house, she has much to be proud of, bringing the accommodation back to it’s former glory so that guests can enjoy the peace and charm of her unique and character-ful period home.

Guest bedrooms are beautifully decorated and spacious, with everything you need for a comfortable, relaxing stay, including access to the sunny veranda.
