A warm and welcoming retreat in the centre of Christchurch and easy walking distance to all the major attractions, the property has recently been lovingly renovated and restored to a very high standard.

The 8 guest rooms are in the original Victorian villa and have been beautifully restored with ornate ceilings, polished timber floors and kauri doors. Each has a modern bathrooms with underfloor heating, a flat screen TV and a comfy bed with luxurious high quality bed linen.
