This 1877 historic homestead is nestled in seven acres of mature gardens, conveniently located just a ten minute drive from Blenheim and a five minute drive from the nearest winery (and the start of the Marlborough Wine Trail). Picton is fifteen minutes away with easy access to the Port and the Marlborough Sounds.

There is inhouse accommodation in the Garden Suite with its own private entrance under a wisteria clad veranda. The suite consists of a spacious well furnished en suite bedroom and triple aspect sitting/sun room with French doors to both the garden and veranda.

There is also self–contained accommodation in “Adelaide’s Barn” with en suite bedroom, large lounge area, kitchenette and private courtyard.
